Account and data deletion — Elitesewa

This page explains how to request deletion of your Elitesewa account (Google Play app ID in.elitesewa.app) and the data associated with it. The Elitesewa app is published and operated by D-Valet Services Private Limited, D-15, Sector 6, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.

Deletion is permanent. Your booking history, saved addresses and vehicle details cannot be recovered after the request is processed.

How to request deletion

Step 1

Send your request

Fill in the form further down this page, or email info.bigbuggi@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Elitesewa account”. Please write from the email address registered on your account and include your registered mobile number.

Step 2

We verify it is you

We contact you on the mobile number or email address registered on the account to confirm the request. This protects your account from deletion by someone else.

Step 3

We delete the account

Your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of verification. We email you a confirmation once it is done.

Before you request deletion: if you have an active monthly plan, cancel it first or tell us in your request. Refunds for any unused period are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Data that is deleted

  • Your name, mobile number and email address
  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Service addresses — flat, tower, society and city
  • Vehicle details such as make, model and registration number
  • Location data collected by the app
  • Booking and service history, and in-app preferences
  • Messages you have sent to our support team

Data that is kept, and for how long

  • Invoices and payment/transaction records — retained for 8 years to meet accounting and tax obligations under Indian law. These are held in a restricted financial archive and are not used to provide services or for marketing.
  • Anonymised and aggregated statistics — retained indefinitely. These cannot be linked back to you or used to identify you.

Card details are never stored by us. Payments are processed by Razorpay — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You do not have to close your account to remove specific information. Email info.bigbuggi@gmail.com stating what you want removed — for example a saved service address, a vehicle you no longer own, or your location history. We action these requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
